Q:
We are booked on a Transatlantic Cruise in Mar next year have recently returned from Ocean Village i found we took far to many cloths especialy when there was a coin operated Laundry does anyone if there is a laundry on ISland star.

Sounds like you are going to have to take more clothes this time or Pay the Price (ships laundry prices are high) Also do not give them anything you love as it maay well be ruined and you have no come back.

Checked and still no laundry facility, just use the bag in your cabin and the items will be dealt with as you request on the form in the bag. The service appears very reliable.

There wasn't a laundry on the Star last time we went (October 2007) but you could have clothes cleaned for you. In your cabin is a laundry bag and list of prices for each item you want washed. Your cabin steward will take it away and bring the clothes back when they have been cleaned (I don't think it took too long although we didn't use the service personally). Hope this helps!
