hi ya if you phone customer services on 01617728600 they might help you if you can phone them it would be better to know cabin no and they are in sardinia and ment to sail at 5pm ther time so you might not get them if they went ashore dont allways leave on time we phoned my son back home from ship one year but its about 2.50 per min do they have mobils you would be cheaper texing if you need any more help just come back on site will try help you
